We work with our business partners to source job opportunities and provide on-the-job training and to find job which best matches their capabilities and needs.

WE HELP YOU TO FIND AND KEEP A JOB

First, we need to get to know you and your background, then you will be assigned to one of our Account Manager who will work closely with you to understand the types of assistance you may need and the most suitable job for you. Your Account Manager will discuss with you to gain a better understand your interests, skills, experience and required assistance in order to help you to achieve your personal goals.

Your Account Manager will work with you every step of the way, from when you commence in our service, through to helping you prepare for work, and then liaising with employers on your behalf to help you get a job and keep it. This way you can get to know and understand each other and we can help provide the assistance that should be best for you.

We understand that sometimes before people are ready to take on a job they need assistance in areas of their life that aren’t directly related to work.  We work with a wide range of services so we can help you overcome any personal challenges you may be facing.  We will talk to you about any difficulties we can help you with by providing access to the right services.

ON-GOING SUPPORT

Once we have helped you to get the suitable job for you, we will continue support you as necessary to ensure thing are going well with you. Our ongoing support is to ensure that you will be able to keep the job for as long as you can. 

Here is a list of ongoing support that we offer to our clients:

  • Assisting you to understand about your employment entitlement such as pay rates, superannuation, sick and annual leave.
  • Support you to learn new ways to reduce and manage stress whilst at work.
  • Assisting you to understand your income declaration with Centrelink
  • Assisting you to understand the effect this may have on your Centrelink’s payment.
  • Assisting you to discuss any of your concerns with your employer to help resolve them.
